2. Ask anytime. I reply in batches every Thursday and Sunday.

3. Scope: You get up to 2 items per week (no rollovers). Submit by Wed 5pm ET → Thu and Sat 5pm ET → Sun.

Cancellation & Billing

• Billing cycle: Monthly, every 30 days from your sign‑up/renewal date.

• Cancel anytime: If you cancel, you’ll keep access and replies through the remainder of your current 30‑day period.

• No rollovers/refunds: Unused item slots don’t roll over, and we don’t prorate or refund past periods.

• Rejoin/waitlist: If seats are full when you wish to return, you can join the waitlist.

Example: You join on the 10th. If you cancel on the 22nd, you’ll still receive Thu/Sun replies until the 10th of the following month.
