I’m Dr. Tracy Shroyer — assistant professor of business, career strategist, and someone who has personally navigated a layoff.
My doctoral research focused on workforce reductions and their human impact. Years later, I experienced one firsthand. That perspective reshaped how I approach career transitions.
Even before that time, I’ve coached mid-level and senior professionals through layoffs, pivots, and stalled job searches — helping them regain clarity, protect confidence, and move forward with structure.

Will there be a replay if I can’t make it live?
Yes. The full workshop recording will be available for purchase after the session for $19.
The live Q&A portion will not be included in the replay to protect participant privacy.
